STANDARD VOYAGE FEE
The Standard Voyage fee via the ballot (11-days) is 1250 EURO (including TVA) and must be paid 4 weeks before your voyage. All meals and accommodation is included.
A 20% non-refundable deposit must be paid following selection to confirm your berth and the balance of your voyage fee must be paid 4 weeks prior to the voyage start date. Please note that your invoice will include a due date which may differ to the time frames listed above.Invoices will need to be paid by the due date listed on the invoice. Also please note that cheques or money orders can be made out to the “Grethe Witting Youth Scheme”
FINANCIAL ASSISTANCE
If you cannot afford the voyage fee and you are eligible, you can apply for Financial Assistance. To be eligible for Financial Assistance, you must:
* Attach a short letter to your application form explaining your reasons for requesting financial assistance.
* You must attach supporting information as proof of your financial circumstances, such as an Income Statement.
You cannot request financial assistance after the ballot has been held and positions have been offered.
If you are successful in receiving a financial assistance ballot position, you will be invoiced for a minimum of 500 EURO for the voyage and you must meet all your travel costs to and from the ship.
